As  a "boots on the ground" visionary, doer and action taker, I worked hard and climbed the corporate ladder only to end up feeling exhausted and disappointed.  One day, I woke up and realized I didn't want this dream anymore.  I was ready to commit to creating success on my terms - outside of the box.
