It was a knot from sleeping incorrectly...probably brought on by stress. Lets face it, its been a stressful few weeks since the Capitol Riot. On Monday, I went for a massage to work out the kink. As she worked the kink out of my shoulder blade, the words anger and rage kept popping into my head. I started watching it and I was hooked. Why? I felt like 2020 sucked the life out of me. I felt tired, uninterested, and uninspired. I felt like I had lost my spark! Watching that show reminded me of what I want more of in my life....passion, inspiration, and creativity.
