As a result, he made choices that he thought would help him fit in, be accepted, and be liked. However, he realized that this approach wasn't working for him anymore, as it was causing more anxiety and stress than happiness. He decided that for 2024, his New Year's Resolution...

I'm going to just be me!

I loved it! Why? Because I used to be just like him. I used to blend in and try to be like everyone else just so that I could be accepted and liked. But how did it make me feel? Exhausted and miserable. Contrary to popular belief, our purpose in life is not to be like everyone else or blend in, but to embrace our uniqueness and individuality.
